By purchasing an access plan from ProTV UK (protvuk.shop), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our service.
2. The service
ProTV UK provides access to a streaming service delivering live TV channels and video on demand (VOD) content over the internet. The service is provided on a fixed-duration, one-time payment basis. There is no automatic renewal.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a plan. By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally permitted to access streaming services in your jurisdiction.
4. Payment terms
All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full before access is granted. We accept card payments, bank transfers, and WhatsApp-confirmed orders. No plan auto-renews — you must manually purchase again to continue after your access period expires.
5. Acceptable use
Your access plan is for personal, non-commercial household use only. You may not:
- Share your credentials with persons outside your household
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service
- Use the service for public broadcast or commercial screening
- Attempt to circumvent technical protection measures
6. Service availability
We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary interruptions. If an issue persists beyond 48 hours, our refund policy applies.
7. Refunds
Refunds are available in the circumstances described in our Refund Policy. We recommend arranging a trial period before purchasing to verify compatibility with your device and broadband connection.
8. Intellectual property
All content available through the service is protected by copyright. You may not record, redistribute, or re-broadcast any content accessed through ProTV UK.
9. Limitation of liability
ProTV UK's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid for the current access plan. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
